Përgatitja

  1. Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites.
  2. Whisk together butter and sugar and add egg yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites with some warm water until stiff peaks form.
  4. While mixing add the stiff beaten egg whites, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk, rum and grated lemon zest.
  5. Divide the dough into two parts.
  6. Add cocoa powder and coffee and two tablespoons of milk to one half of the dough.
  7. Place the light-coloured part of the dough into a mould greased with butter and add the dark-coloured part on top.
