Përgatitja
- Prepare the starter. Add crumbled yeast, flour, sugar and salt into 1 dl of lukewarm water to obtain a smooth mixture. Let rise for approximately 5 minutes.
- Prepare the dough. Pile the flour in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and put the starter into the well. Add salt and oil and top with water.
- Knead into a smooth dough. Cover it with a cotton towel and let it rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Add topping. Spread the salted tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with oregano and cheese. Top with pizza ham and sliced mushrooms.
